Terms of Service
Effective August 25, 2026. Last updated August 25, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who visits madeforbid.lol (the "Service"), pays to list a website or X profile on the board, or otherwise uses any part of the Service. Paying for a rank, creating a listing, or completing checkout all count as agreeing to these Terms.
If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Service or pay for a listing.
Who runs this
madeforbid.lol is operated by the MadeForCollab team, based in India ("we", "us", "our"), from https://madeforbid.lol.
For legal notices, listing disputes, or anything else, reach us at contact@madeforbid.lol. You can also reach us at @rutu_3 on X. These Terms, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy work together. If they ever conflict on a specific point, these Terms are what apply.
What you're actually paying for
madeforbid.lol is a paid public leaderboard. You can pay to list a website or an X profile and hold a rank based on how much you've bid, exactly as described in the Rules. A listing is a paid placement, not a review, a certification, or our endorsement of the product behind it.
Paying claims a rank at whatever position that amount can hold the moment it's processed. It doesn't buy traffic, clicks, customers, a guaranteed amount of time at that rank, or any particular outcome. Anyone can outbid you at any time, and you can take a rank back the same way. The board resets every Monday; past weeks stay viewable on the history page. We may change or discontinue features, categories, or how ranking works.
Who can use this
- You need to be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- If you're listing on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do that, and "you" in these Terms then means that company too.
- You can't use the Service if doing so would break a law that applies to you, including trade or sanctions restrictions in India or elsewhere.
Payment, pricing, and tax
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card details; that happens entirely on Dodo's side, and their own terms apply to the payment itself. Bids are priced in whole US dollars, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
How much you need to bid, how raising your own listing only charges the difference, and how ranks are assigned are all covered in the Rules, and shown to you before you pay. Completing checkout is you agreeing to buy a rank on those terms. Your rank is set the moment payment is confirmed, at whatever position that amount supports right then.
No refunds
All payments are final. The moment your payment is confirmed, your listing goes live (or your bid is raised) and is counted on the public board immediately, since the service you paid for has already been delivered at that point. Being outbid afterward, a lower rank after the weekly reset, fewer clicks than you hoped for, or a listing removed for breaking these Terms doesn't entitle you to a refund.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us about a genuine problem is a breach of these Terms and may result in your listing being removed and further access to the Service being refused. If something about your payment or listing seems wrong, email us first. See Payment & chargebacks in the Rules.
What you're promising when you list something
By submitting a URL, an @handle, or a payment, you're telling us that:
- You own the destination you're listing, or you're authorized to list it and send visitors there.
- The listing and the destination it points to comply with the laws that apply to them, including advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property rules.
- You're not impersonating another person, brand, or company, and you're not bidding on someone else's site or profile without their permission.
- The destination isn't malware, a phishing page, a scam, or anything whose main purpose is to deceive visitors.
- What you've told us is accurate, and you'll keep it that way.
What you can't list or do
On top of what's already excluded in the Rules (adult content, and chat or invite links like Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, or Signal), you also can't use madeforbid.lol for:
- Content that's illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
- Counterfeit goods, unauthorized streaming, or anything else that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Offers that need a license you don't hold, like certain financial, medical, gambling, or weapons-related offers.
- Scraping the board beyond normal browsing, inflating click counts, getting around rate limits, bidding through automation without our written permission, or reverse-engineering the Service except where the law says you're allowed to.
We can remove a listing
We can refuse, edit, recategorize, hide, or take down any listing or bid, with or without telling you first. This includes cases where we think these Terms, the Rules, or the law have been broken, if a rights holder complains, or if we reasonably think a listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk for us or our visitors. Removing a listing doesn't entitle you to a refund.
Logos, favicons, and other third-party material
To show what a listing actually is, we pull in publicly available details about the destination you submit, including names, @handles, and a favicon or profile picture. We only use that material to identify the listing on madeforbid.lol, show visitors where a paid rank leads, and run and improve the Service. Showing a brand's name or logo this way doesn't mean that brand endorses or is affiliated with madeforbid.lol, unless the person who bought the listing is that brand.
madeforbid.lol, its name, and how the Service looks belong to us. You can't copy the Service, scrape the board to build a competing product, or use our branding in a way that implies we endorse you. X, Dodo Payments, and any other third-party names mentioned here stay the property of their owners.
The license you're giving us
By listing something, you're giving us a non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, cache, resize, and publicly display your listing and the public details we pull in for it, for as long as we need to in order to run, promote, and keep a history of the Service. Visitors get the right to see that listing too. If you want a listing taken down, email contact@madeforbid.lol. Taking a listing down doesn't reverse a payment that's already gone through.
Reporting a problem with a listing
If you think a listing infringes your rights, or points somewhere unlawful, email contact@madeforbid.lol with your contact details, the listing's page on madeforbid.lol, the destination URL or @handle, what's wrong, and a statement that you're the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We may restrict or remove the listing while we look into it, and we may share your notice with the person who listed it. We can ignore notices that are repeated, vague, or clearly not made in good faith.
No endorsement, no promised results
A listing appearing on the board isn't our opinion of the product behind it, and we don't verify that a listed company's claims are true. Click counts reflect what our own systems recorded, not a promise you'll see the same numbers. Your results depend on your bid, your destination, timing, and plenty of things outside our control.
Clicking through to a listed site or X profile takes you off madeforbid.lol. We're not responsible for what happens there, and every listing on the board is, by definition, a paid placement.
The Service as it is
We provide madeforbid.lol as-is, and it may occasionally be unavailable, slow, or wrong about something. We can change ranking rules, minimum bids, categories, or these Terms at any time. If a change is significant, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you're fine with it. For a payment you've already made, the Terms that were in place when you paid still govern that payment, unless a change in the law forces something different.
Disclaimers and limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows it, we're not making any promises, express or implied, about the Service being fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or about listings, names, images, ranks, or click counts being accurate.
We don't exclude liability that the law doesn't let us exclude. Beyond that, we're not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim tied to a payment is capped at what you paid us for that specific listing in the three months before the claim.
If your listing causes a claim against us
If a claim, loss, or legal fee comes up because of your listing, the site or profile it points to, a chargeback you filed, or you breaking these Terms or someone else's rights, you agree to cover reasonable costs that result and to cooperate with us if we need to defend against it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you're a consumer and a law that protects you can't be overridden by agreement, that protection still applies. Otherwise, the courts of [your city/state], India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
The rest of it
- If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands, and that part is replaced with something as close as possible to what it originally meant.
- Not enforcing a term once doesn't mean we've given it up. You can't transfer these Terms to someone else without our okay; we can, if we transfer the Service itself.
- These Terms, the Rules, and what's shown to you at checkout make up the whole agreement between us for the Service.
- Payment processing involves a third party, Dodo Payments, and we're not responsible for outages or decisions on their end.
